Lancaster Spin®-A-Thon/Sweat-A-Fit History
 
Spin®-A-Thons have been held in Lancaster, PA to raise money for local charities or causes from 2004 – 2010. Since 2011, the event was expanded to include 2 additional venues and the name was changed to Sweat-F-Fit. * 160 bikes were committed, but a major snow storm prevented pick-up of bikes from local gyms. The event was transformed into 7 hours of back-to-back fitness classes put on by local gym instructors** Number of participants completing all 7 fitness classes
