This Year’s Event

The 2013 Sweat-A-Fit event will take place on Saturday February 16, 2013! We are proud to provide some of the best Zumba, Yoga, Pilates and Indoor cycling instructors Lancaster County has to offer! 3 different classrooms, 9 hours of classes in each room for a total of 27 hours/instructors to chose from! Participate for one hour or up to nine! Please see our class schedule for more details.

Participants that completed at least 8 hours of last year’s event classes:
Those that completed all 8 or 9 hours of the event classes

What’s Provided:
  • Water, Electrolyte replacement drink
  • Light lunch

Lunch provided by Chick-fil-A of Lancaster

 

 

 

 

 

  • Locker rooms, showers provided
  • Snacks
  • Prizes
What you need to bring:
  • Cycling shoes optional (SPD and limited LOOK available), towel
  • Yoga mat, towel
  • Zumba – towel
  • Cash if you want to purchase raffle, prize tickets
